During these sessions, we collaborate to create a unified artwork, blending our skills, ideas, and personalities. Our inspiration will come from renowned masterpieces in Art History as well as the beauty of nature surrounding us!
During the sessions, you also receive individual feedback from our instructor Carmen, to enhance your abilities. Book a place now!
No experience required. All levels are welcome!
What is collaborative painting?
Collaborative painting is about communicating, about creating an art work all together, in a small community. It is about sharing the joy and effort of everyone and create a painting all together, based on an art topic that will change every month.
The goal of this activity is to connect with other people through art. We are a small group around 9 participants, to ensure the quality of the sessions and to also have personal feedback.
Get inspired by renowned masterpieces
Each month, we will explore different themes based on the group's interests, using famous masterpieces and artists as our sources of inspiration. For example, in the first sessions we are working of the “Tree of life” by Gustav Klimt. With his textures and colours as inspiration, we are creating big artoworks together.
Sometimes, we paint on separate sheets of paper or canvases, which are connected at the end to reveal the final result. On other occasions, we collaborate on a large mural together.

Individual guidance
While painting together, Carmen focus on each of the participants, giving individual guidance and corrections. This help us improve our painting techniques and feel more confident in the creative process.
Collective work
During our sessions, we work hand in hand on a large mural. This is our favorite part: we choose the colors together, create the necessary blends, decide on the patterns, and paint together! It’s a collaborative process we cherish
Inspiring music
We have a shared Spotify playlist so all participants can add their favorite music and listen while we paint. Of course, we also enjoy chatting :)
MEET THE INTRUCTOR
Hello! My name is Carmen, and I am an artist and illustrator with a strong educational background in the arts.
Over the past year, I have had the pleasure of organizing numerous engaging painting workshops for adults, aimed at nurturing their creativity and improving their painting skills.
In my artistic vision, traditional art serves as a powerful tool for fostering environmental consciousness. I invite you to join us in this exciting new workshop, where we can connect with like-minded individuals and collaboratively create art that makes a positive impact.
